This will include a full case history followed by a thorough physical assessment. It will include aspects of posture, movement and strength.

Advice
Advice will be given to the patient on their exercise or activity progression together with self management techniques appropriate to their condition. Advice can also be given on appropriate supports and or orthotics.

Referrals
Referrals can be made to other health professionals, including Consultants, Podiatrists, Pilates Instructors, Masseurs and Personal Trainers.
